Park at Surprise is a premium community built to cater to the most discriminant clientele in Arizona. The high-end facility features a fine dining restaurant, luscious outdoor spaces and many other luxurious amenities for the residents.
The enormity of this project is hard to grasp in just a couple of images. Koelsch Construction carefully moved several hundred tons of dirt in preparation for the finished development.
The team worked hand in hand with the city of Surprise, during the build out, to ensure that enhancements of the initial design were implemented with as little interruption to the schedule as possible. This commitment to an integrated team comes from the years of experience with projects of this scale.
This project in Surprise, AZ has been an exciting one for the Koelsch Construction team. This beautiful campus includes a main facility and multiple smaller duplexes to provide a variety of senior living accommodations.
As the main structure began to take form, the teams worked diligently to maintain schedules while never compromising on Koelsch’s standards for excellence.
Building in this location has had challenges with the extreme heat faced during the last two summers. Keeping the crews safe and on point during these seasons has been one of our prouder moments during this buildout.
Surprise temperature breaks 100 degrees in June, July and August for all but 2-3 days during construction.
