Aaron Koelsch
CEO
In 1989, Aaron assumed the role of developer/builder from his father, Emmett Koelsch, for Koelsch Construction. As the CEO, he has focused the company on constructing a multitude of Seniors Housing and Multi-Family projects across the United States, as well as, other hospitality-focused projects.
A forward-looking leader, Aaron is well positioned to continue guiding Koelsch Construction in future ventures with a steadfast commitment to superior craftsmanship in hospitality construction.
Brent Schumacher
President
Brent Schumacher, the President, joined Koelsch Construction in 2006. Since then, Brent has guided Koelsch Construction in its expansion into new markets and endeavors which now include a multitude of projects throughout 8 states.
Brent has over 40 years of nationwide construction management leadership in projects ranging in scope from $1 million to over $120 million. His experience includes the oversight of all phases of construction which include: project inception, project management, estimating and pricing, project safety, and daily operations.
Brent’s experience and commitment to his work have made him an invaluable asset to the Koelsch Construction team. Koelsch has a bright future of growth with his leadership.
