Belle Harbour at Bellevue is a distinctive senior living community built to provide personalized care in a refined, luxurious setting. In addition to best-in-class amenities for residents, the boutique campus showcases Puget Sound’s nautical heritage with artwork and memorabilia, along with a classic car collection.
Constructed in a unique architectural style, Belle Harbour features two multi-story communities, one for assisted living and one for memory care, connected by a sky bridge.
The Koelsch team worked hand in hand with the city of Bellevue during the Belle Harbour build to ensure that this latest gem of the city’s skyline was constructed with as little interruption to the schedule as possible. Our commitment to seeing the project through to successful completion comes from our vision for our developments as valuable enhancements to the community and years of experience with projects of this scale.
This project in Bellevue, WA has been an exciting one for the Koelsch Construction team. The layout of the twin campuses at The Park and The Inn allows for residents to graciously accommodate their lifestyles as their needs change, while enjoying the same elevated standards of living.
We approached this design opportunity as a chance to construct an exquisitely appointed setting that offers residents a one-of-a kind place to live, grow, and connect with one another.
The timing of this project brought many unforeseen challenges due to the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic. We are proud of our team for keeping the build moving forward despite supply chain and staffing difficulties.
